How to clean grout

Grout is always the most challenging part of kitchen and bathroom cleaning. While tiles are quite easy to maintain, grout is a different story. It is a mixture od water, cement, and sand, that keeps your tiles in place, and the mixture easily picks up dirt. Cleaning of this part pf your home often requires professional help, but there is still something you can do by yourself. Follow these simple trick and make your tiles sparkle again.
1. Vinegar and ammonia
Mix 7 cups of warm water, 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/3 cup of ammonia, and 1/4 cup of white vinegar. Spray the mixture directly on the grout and let it set for 5-10 minutes. Now it’s time for a hard work. Use a brush to scrub your grout as hard as you can until you are completely satisfied with the result.
2. Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda
Make a thick paste by mixing hydrogen peroxide with baking soda. Use your fingers or a toothbrush to apply the paste on the grout. After you applied the paste let it set fro about 5 to 10 minutes. Use a toothbrush to scrub your grout. If you aren’t satisfied with the results, apply then paste and repeat the process.
